You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not in any way that infringes the rights of others, disrupts our systems, or attempts to gain unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is found.

All content, designs, logos, and materials on this website are the property of ZZAX Studio and protected by law. For client deliverables, ownership transfers as set out in the project agreement upon full payment. You may not reuse our content without prior written permission.

Fees, payment terms, and delivery schedules are specified in each project's quote or agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery. Late payment may pause work until settled.

ZZAX Studio offers subscription-based digital products, such as the "AI Beginner's Guide." Some content is free to read, and member (VIP) content unlocks after payment. Access to VIP content is a personal license for the paying user only; you may not distribute, reproduce, resell, or share unlock codes and source code with others, except where a specific package explicitly grants a commercial-use license. Monthly/annual subscriptions renew on the chosen cycle and can be cancelled before the next cycle.

Refund policy (digital products): A full refund is available within 7 days of payment when any of the following applies: (1) you cannot access purchased content because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within 3 working days, (2) the content differs materially from what the sales page states, (3) you were charged twice or the wrong amount. We do not refund a change of mind after member content has been opened, problems caused by your own device or connection, or cases where an unlock code has been shared.

Refund policy (custom development): The deposit reserves your slot and starts the work; once work has started it is non-refundable, except in these cases, which are our responsibility: (1) we cannot deliver the scope in the quote, (2) delivery slips more than 14 days past the agreed date without a new agreement, (3) a defect caused by our work is not fixed within 30 days of being reported. In those cases you may cancel and we refund the milestones not yet delivered. If you cancel, change the scope, or stop providing required material for more than 30 days, we charge for the work completed and delivered and refund the rest, if any. Delays caused on your side do not count as ours. Defects caused by our work are fixed free within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a refund: Email zzaxstudio@gmail.com with your quote or order number and the reason. We reply within 3 working days and refund through the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Because AI content changes quickly, model names, prices and capabilities mentioned in the content may change over time; this is not a ground for refund.

06ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดLimitation of Liability
