สรุปสั้น ๆ: เราเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการซื้อขายของมือสองในละแวกบ้าน ไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ และ ไม่เคยเปิดเผยตำแหน่งบ้านที่แน่นอนของคุณ ให้ผู้ใช้คนอื่น — แผนที่แสดงเฉพาะพิกัดที่เบลอแล้วประมาณ 150 เมตร

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

2. ตำแหน่งของคุณ

เราขอตำแหน่ง เฉพาะตอนเปิดแอปใช้งาน ไม่มีการติดตามเบื้องหลัง
ตำแหน่งจริงของสินค้าเก็บไว้ในเซิร์ฟเวอร์ แต่ ไม่เคยส่งออกไปให้ผู้ใช้คนอื่น
หมุดบนแผนที่ใช้พิกัดที่สุ่มเบลอไว้ประมาณ 150 เมตร และจำกัดระดับซูมของภาพดาวเทียม
ที่อยู่จริงจะเปิดเผยให้ผู้ซื้อเห็นก็ต่อเมื่อผู้ขายกดยืนยันนัดรับแล้วเท่านั้น
ปิดสิทธิ์ตำแหน่งได้ตลอดจากการตั้งค่าของเครื่อง (แอปยังใช้ได้ แต่จะเรียงตามระยะทางไม่ได้)

3. เราแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับใคร

เราไม่ขายและไม่ให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราส่งข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นให้ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้เท่านั้น:

ผู้ให้บริการส่ง SMS — เพื่อส่งรหัส OTP ไปยังเบอร์ของคุณ
ผู้ให้บริการเข้าสู่ระบบ (Google, Apple, LINE, Facebook) — เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกใช้
ผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์และที่เก็บไฟล์ — เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลและรูปภาพ
หน่วยงานรัฐ — เฉพาะเมื่อมีคำสั่งตามกฎหมาย

ผู้ใช้คนอื่นจะเห็นเฉพาะ ชื่อเล่น รูปประจำตัว คะแนนเครดิต ย่านโดยประมาณ และประกาศของคุณ ส่วนเบอร์โทรและ LINE ID จะแสดงก็ต่อเมื่อคุณเปิดสวิตช์เองในหน้าโปรไฟล์

4. เก็บนานแค่ไหน

ข้อมูลบัญชี — เก็บไว้จนกว่าคุณจะลบบัญชี
ประกาศที่ปิดไปแล้ว — 12 เดือน แล้วลบ
ข้อความแชท — 24 เดือน เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบกรณีพิพาท
บันทึกความปลอดภัยและรายงานการละเมิด — สูงสุด 24 เดือน

5. สิทธิของคุณ (พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล — PDPA)

เข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ
แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง — ทำเองได้ที่หน้าแก้ไขโปรไฟล์
ลบบัญชีถาวร — ทำเองได้ในแอปที่ ฉัน → ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี ข้อมูลส่วนตัวจะถูกลบทันที ประกาศทั้งหมดถูกปิด และนัดที่ค้างถูกยกเลิก
คัดค้านหรือจำกัดการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา
ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้

6. เด็กและเยาวชน

BaanMart สำหรับผู้ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป หากพบว่ามีบัญชีของผู้เยาว์ เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้นทันที

7. ความปลอดภัย

รับส่งข้อมูลผ่าน HTTPS · รหัสผ่านเก็บแบบแฮช (scrypt) ไม่เคยเก็บเป็นข้อความธรรมดา · จำกัดจำนวนครั้งการเรียก API เพื่อกันการโจมตี · ตรวจชนิดไฟล์รูปก่อนรับเข้าระบบ

ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

1. บริการของเรา

BaanMart เป็นพื้นที่ให้ผู้ใช้ลงประกาศแจกและขายของมือสองในละแวกบ้าน โดยนัดรับกันเอง เราเป็นเพียงตัวกลาง ไม่ได้เป็นคู่สัญญาในการซื้อขาย และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อสภาพสินค้า การชำระเงิน หรือการนัดพบระหว่างผู้ใช้

2. สิ่งที่ห้ามลงประกาศ

ยาเสพติด อาวุธ สัตว์ป่าคุ้มครอง อวัยวะมนุษย์
ของผิดกฎหมาย ของโจร ของปลอม ของละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
ยา อาหารเสริม เครื่องสำอางที่ไม่มีเลขทะเบียน
บริการทางเพศ การพนัน เงินกู้นอกระบบ
ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

ระบบคัดกรองอัตโนมัติอาจปฏิเสธหรือกักประกาศไว้ตรวจสอบ และเราลบประกาศหรือระงับบัญชีที่ผิดกฎได้ทันที

3. ความปลอดภัยในการนัดรับ

นัดในที่สาธารณะที่มีคนพลุกพล่านและมีแสงสว่าง
ตรวจสภาพสินค้าให้เรียบร้อยก่อนจ่ายเงิน
ระวังการขอให้โอนมัดจำล่วงหน้าหรือส่งของทางไปรษณีย์ — เราออกแบบแอปนี้ให้รับของเอง

4. การรายงานและการบล็อก

ทุกประกาศและทุกผู้ใช้สามารถรายงานได้จากปุ่มรูปโล่ และคุณสามารถบล็อกผู้ใช้ ที่ไม่ต้องการติดต่อด้วยได้ทันที เมื่อบล็อกแล้วจะไม่เห็นประกาศ ไม่ได้รับข้อความ และนัดรับกันไม่ได้ เราตรวจสอบรายงานเนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสมภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง

5. บัญชีของคุณ

คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นความจริง หนึ่งคนต่อหนึ่งบัญชี และรับผิดชอบการใช้งานภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ เราระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ฉ้อโกง ก่อกวน หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ได้

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลง

หากมีการแก้ไขสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วัน การใช้งานต่อถือว่ายอมรับฉบับใหม่

Privacy Policy

Effective 6 August 2026 · BaanMart is operated by ZZAX Studio

In short: we collect only what a neighbourhood secondhand marketplace needs. We never sell your data, and we never reveal your exact home location to other users — map pins are deliberately blurred by about 150 metres.

1. What we collect

2. Your location

Location is requested only while the app is in use — never in the background.
Exact item coordinates stay on our server and are never sent to other users.
Map pins use coordinates blurred by ~150 m, and satellite zoom is capped.
The real address is revealed to a buyer only after the seller confirms the meet-up.
You can revoke location permission any time in your device settings.

3. Who we share with

We never sell or rent personal data. We share the minimum necessary with: our SMS provider (to send your OTP), the sign-in provider you choose, our server and file-storage providers, and authorities when legally required.

Other users see only your nickname, avatar, credit score, approximate area and your listings. Your phone number and LINE ID appear only if you switch them on yourself.

4. How long we keep it

Account data — until you delete your account
Closed listings — 12 months
Chat messages — 24 months, for dispute handling
Security logs and abuse reports — up to 24 months

5. Your rights

Access and request a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate data — directly on the Edit profile screen
Delete your account permanently — in the app under Me → Settings → Delete account. Personal data is erased immediately, listings are taken down, pending meet-ups are cancelled.
Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee

Contact privacy@zzaxstudio.com — we reply within 30 days.

6. Children

BaanMart is for people aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are deleted.

7. Security

HTTPS in transit · passwords stored as scrypt hashes, never in plain text · API rate limiting · uploaded images validated by file signature.

Terms of Use

1. What we provide

BaanMart lets neighbours give away and sell secondhand items, collected in person. We are a venue, not a party to any sale, and we are not responsible for item condition, payment, or what happens at a meet-up.

2. Prohibited listings

Drugs, weapons, protected wildlife, human organs
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or pirated goods
Unregistered medicines, supplements or cosmetics
Sexual services, gambling, informal lending
Other people's personal data without consent

Automated moderation may reject or hold a listing for review. We may remove listings and suspend accounts.

3. Meeting safely

Meet in busy, well-lit public places
Inspect the item before paying
Be wary of upfront deposits or shipping requests — this app is designed for self-pickup

4. Reporting and blocking

Every listing and user can be reported via the shield button, and you can block any user instantly — blocked users' listings disappear, their messages cannot reach you, and meet-ups are impossible. We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

5. Your account

Provide accurate information, one account per person, and stay responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, harassment or breaches of these terms.

6. Changes

We announce material changes in the app at least 7 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
